# Diali.ai > Diali is a managed hosting platform for personal AI assistants. You create an always-on assistant (its name, personality, purpose, AI model and channels) and Diali runs it for you on isolated, encrypted infrastructure hosted in Belgium (EU). The assistant lives inside the messaging apps you already use: WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Mattermost, Matrix, LINE and Google Chat, plus SMS and phone calls. No code, no servers, no DevOps. Last updated: 2026-11-01. Prices and availability below were checked on that date against the live catalog; the pricing page renders from the same catalog and is the source of truth. Who it is for: busy people and small teams who want a capable, always-available AI agent they can text a job to (research, watching prices, follow-ups, errands) without managing any of the technical plumbing. Accounts are for a single person (no shared seats, team accounts or admin roles in the current version), and one account can run any number of assistants, each with its own subscription. What every plan includes (the tiers differ only by workspace size, included AI credits and how often the assistant checks in on its own): - Two assistant engines, chosen per assistant. OpenClaw connects to your messaging channels and gets on with tasks by itself; it is the engine that places phone calls and can operate your own devices. Hermes is the conversational daily driver, built around memory and proactive help, with optional browser chat dashboards. Both take community skills, both reach the same eight chat apps and SMS, and you can run one of each. - Messaging channels with guided setup: Telegram, WhatsApp (a QR link to your own number on both engines, or the WhatsApp Business API on Hermes), Discord, Slack, Mattermost, Matrix, LINE and Google Chat. Phone calls (OpenClaw) run on your own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo account, and SMS (both engines) on your own Twilio number, under your agreement with that provider. Signal, Microsoft Teams and iMessage are listed as coming soon. You choose who is allowed to message your assistant: a list of people, or approving each new person from the dashboard. - Managed AI or bring your own key. Every plan includes a monthly balance of Diali AI credits spent across 17 managed models (11 Claude and 6 OpenAI GPT models), so no AI-provider account is needed and you can top up any time. Or connect your own key from any of ten providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and xAI on both engines; DeepSeek on Hermes; Mistral, Groq, Chutes and self-hosted Ollama on OpenClaw) and that provider bills you directly while Diali charges hosting alone. Keys are encrypted (AES-256) in Google Secret Manager and handed only to your own running assistant, inside its isolated environment. Pick a main model plus backup models that answer if it fails, and how hard it thinks where the model supports it. Spend is shown per assistant and per model. - Or your own AI plan. An assistant can also run on a ChatGPT, SuperGrok / X Premium+ or MiniMax plan the customer already pays for (Nous Portal on Hermes): the dashboard relays a one-time sign-in code, the assistant keeps the credential itself so Diali never holds it, usage counts against the plan's own limits, and continuing on Diali AI credits when a limit runs out is opt-in. Claude and Gemini subscriptions are not offered: their terms forbid hosted use. - Skills from a community catalog of 75,000+ skills. Each skill shows ClawHub's security review where one exists (a verdict, a plain-language summary of what it does and the date it was checked) before you install it, and says so when it has not been reviewed yet. Skills run inside the assistant's own sandbox. - Integrations and MCP servers: connect apps such as GitHub, Notion, Linear and Stripe, add any of 300+ preconfigured MCP servers in one click, or bring your own MCP server. Gmail and Google Calendar cannot be connected from the dashboard yet; an assistant can still reach a mailbox or a Google account through its preinstalled email and Google Workspace command-line tools, signed in with your own credentials. Credentials are stored once for your account and granted per assistant. - Web browsing, and web search out of the box: a free built-in search provider with limited capacity, or ten search providers you can connect for higher volume. - Voice notes in and out on chat channels: the assistant transcribes the voice notes people send and replies with spoken ones. A free built-in voice and transcription work with no key, and 15+ speech providers can be connected instead. - A private browser for every assistant, included in every plan: its own Chromium, hosted in Belgium. Choose how it browses (built-in, Browser Use or Playwright MCP), sign it in to your accounts with a cookie export you review first, and list the sites it may or may not open. You can watch its browser live and do a sign-in yourself. - A computer of its own: every plan includes the Computer, a private Linux desktop with a real browser and desktop apps an OpenClaw or Hermes assistant can see and drive; you watch it live, can take over its mouse and keyboard, and turn it on or off from the dashboard at no charge. OpenClaw assistants can also have separate cloud computers, a paid add-on hosted on AWS in Ireland (EU), that they start when they need one. - Your own devices (OpenClaw): pair a Mac, Windows or Linux computer, or an iPhone or Android phone, up to 10 per account, so the assistant can click, type, use your signed-in browser and run installed apps on it (phones support fewer actions than computers). You see what it can do and approve it before it acts, and your device dials out, so no VPN or port forwarding. - Assistants that work together: pair two of your assistants so they can message each other and ask each other for help, and read every exchange in one Conversations inbox in the dashboard. Outside agents can connect too, with a key you mint in the dashboard: over the Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol, or as an MCP server added to a coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor or VS Code. You can also message a connected outside agent from the dashboard. - A real command line: every assistant runs on a sandboxed machine with 250+ preinstalled command-line tools (AI, shell, Git, build, cloud, containers, data, security, media and networking). - Dashboard chat: talk to any assistant from the browser as well as from your chat apps, with voice input, pictures and files, and approve or deny a tool call from the chat when the assistant asks first. It shows its work as it goes (the tools, pages and sources it used, and which model answered), and you can steer or stop a reply. Each chat can carry its own instructions, a chat can be temporary (kept out of your history), you can branch a new chat from an earlier reply, and it suggests follow-ups. - Automations: describe your own routine in plain words, or start from 20 reviewed templates (such as a morning briefing, a price watch or a competitor watch). They run on their own schedule, can be paused, resumed or run now, and deliver to a chat app or to a Diali notice and email. - Persistent memory you can see and edit from the dashboard, and export as a portable file (or import into another assistant); a custom personality, written yourself or started from six presets; and a dashboard with an activity feed, usage and spend tracking, two-factor authentication and session control. - Updates and controls: each OpenClaw or Hermes release is tested on Diali's own assistants first, then rolled out; your assistant restarts briefly and its configuration, channels and keys carry across. Update, pause, restart and reinstall from the dashboard (a reinstall rebuilds the assistant from its setup but wipes its memory and conversation history). - Backups: daily snapshots with 30 days of history, on-demand backups and one-click restore. Included with the Max plan, a paid add-on on Starter and Pro. Security and privacy, as described on the security page: - Each assistant runs alone in its own gVisor kernel-level sandbox with its own namespace, service account and network policy: no public ports, and outbound access to the public web only, never to Diali's internal network, the cloud metadata server or other tenants. - Hosted in Belgium (EU): assistants, their browsers and desktops, and Diali's database run on Google Cloud in europe-west1 (St. Ghislain); a cloud computer runs on AWS in Ireland (EU). Some service providers (payments, email, error monitoring, managed AI) are based in or transfer data to the US; the Privacy Policy lists them. Data is encrypted at rest with keys Diali manages in Google Cloud KMS and in transit with TLS. - Diali does not read your conversations or use them to train models, and does not sell your data. Messages in your messaging apps are not stored by Diali. Conversations you hold in the dashboard chat, and messages between your assistants, are stored so you can see your history across devices: deleting a thread hides it from your history, and deleting the assistant or your account erases them. Deleting an assistant or your account also destroys its workload, storage and secrets, and you can export your dashboard chat history. - You decide what each assistant may do: who may message it, which connected apps it may use, which sites its browser may open, and permission switches that remove abilities outright (messaging other people, using the browser, running code remotely, shell commands). A staff lock stops Diali's admin tools from changing or restarting your assistants unless an emergency reason is given, and you are shown that reason. - Passwords are stored as argon2id hashes. Sign in with email and password, or with Google, GitHub or GitLab. Diali's terms require an assistant to say it is an AI to the people it messages or calls; Diali does not add that notice by itself today, so put it in the assistant's personality or greeting. Pricing and billing (per assistant, in USD, taxes excluded): - Starter $29.99 a month, Pro $69.99 a month, Max $149.99 a month. A six-month term is 10% off (billed $161.94, $377.94 and $809.94), and an annual term is twelve months for the price of ten ($299.90, $699.90 and $1,499.90). A launch offer is currently shown on the pricing page: 40% off Starter and Max and 42% off Pro, against list prices of $49.99, $119.99 and $249.99. - Included Diali AI credits each month: 5,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Max, where 1,000 credits equal one US dollar of AI usage. The assistant checks in on its own every two hours on Starter, every hour on Pro and every 30 minutes on Max. - Every plan includes the Computer: a private Linux desktop with a real browser and desktop apps the assistant can see and drive, with a live view and hand-over control from the dashboard (OpenClaw and Hermes). It is part of the plan, not an add-on. - Optional add-ons, per assistant and per month: Backups $5 (included with Max; OpenClaw and Hermes), Extra Storage $0.40 per GB (all engines), Cloud computer Standard $19 (a separate Linux computer in the cloud with 2 vCPUs and 8 GB of memory) and Pro $39 (8 vCPUs, 16 GB), each with 40 hours a month included and extra time from Diali credits only if you turn that on (OpenClaw), Web Terminal $5 (OpenClaw), and the Open WebUI or Hermes WebUI chat dashboards at $12 each (Hermes). - Billing cycles are monthly, six-monthly or annual, and payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time from the dashboard and access continues to the end of the current period. Your first payment is covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee, requested from the dashboard. Promo codes are accepted at checkout. - Starter comes with a 7-day free trial, on the monthly term, for an account that has never had a subscription: you add a card at checkout (prepaid cards are not accepted), nothing is charged during the trial, the trial includes $2 of Diali AI credits, you are reminded 3 days before it ends, and it becomes a monthly Starter subscription unless you cancel before then. One trial per account and per card. The trial covers the plan, the Computer included; cloud computers and the other add-ons are not part of the trial. Pro and Max start paid. Prices may change with advance notice and apply from the next renewal. Minimum age is 16. - Referral programme: invite a friend with your link and you both earn Diali AI credits once they become a paying customer. Company and contact: - Operated by Diali AI LLC, a Wyoming (USA) company. - Support: support@diali.ai (replies usually within one business day; signed-in customers can also open a ticket from the dashboard). Privacy and data requests: privacy@diali.ai. The skill pages are in English only. - [Compare](https://www.diali.ai/compare): Diali set honestly against the three alternatives people actually weigh: running an agent on your own computer, on a server you rent, or on a one-click host. Each page states the case FOR the alternative first, then where it stops working. - [Security & Trust](https://www.diali.ai/security): Exactly how Diali protects you: per-tenant gVisor sandboxes, hosting in Belgium (EU), encryption at rest with KMS-managed keys, what Diali can and cannot access, and a security FAQ. - [FAQ](https://www.diali.ai/faq): Plain-language answers about what Diali is, getting started, AI providers and keys, privacy, security, billing and subscriptions, your rights, accounts and legal questions. ## Company - [About](https://www.diali.ai/about): Why we think your AI should come to you rather than live in another app or tab, what we will not compromise on, and the company facts. - [Blog](https://www.diali.ai/blog): Practical guides to OpenClaw and Hermes, one feature per post (setup, channels, models, skills, memory, security and troubleshooting), each ending with what changes when the assistant runs on Diali, plus a few essays on how the team thinks about agents. - [Contact](https://www.diali.ai/contact): A contact form routed to the right team: sales and pricing, product support, security, or privacy and data protection. ## Legal - [Terms of Service](https://www.diali.ai/terms-of-service): The binding agreement between you and Diali AI LLC governing use of the Diali platform. - [Privacy Policy](https://www.diali.ai/privacy-policy): What we collect, why, how it is shared and retained, where it is stored, and your rights under the GDPR and the CCPA. - [Cookie Policy](https://www.diali.ai/cookie-policy): Strictly necessary cookies, plus analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, X Ads) set only with your consent. - [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://www.diali.ai/refund-policy): The 3-day money-back guarantee on the first payment, cancellation terms and how Diali AI credits are treated. ## Optional - [French site](https://www.diali.ai/fr): Every page above in French, under the /fr/ prefix. - [Spanish site](https://www.diali.ai/es): Every page above in Spanish, under the /es/ prefix. - [German site](https://www.diali.ai/de): Every page above in German, under the /de/ prefix. - [Brazilian Portuguese site](https://www.diali.ai/pt): Every page above in Brazilian Portuguese, under the /pt/ prefix. - [Italian site](https://www.diali.ai/it): Every page above in Italian, under the /it/ prefix. - [Indonesian site](https://www.diali.ai/id): Every page above in Indonesian, under the /id/ prefix. - [Japanese site](https://www.diali.ai/ja): Every page above in Japanese, under the /ja/ prefix. - [Arabic site](https://www.diali.ai/ar): Every page above in Arabic, right to left, under the /ar/ prefix. - [Translated blog](https://www.diali.ai/es/blog): Every blog post is in English and French. It covers the two catalog endpoints below plus engines, channels, managed AI models and their credit prices, personalities, use cases (deprecated), and the community skill catalog with its security reviews. Every path in it is a plain GET needing no key, account or session. - [Live plan catalog (JSON)](https://www.diali.ai/api/v1/catalog/sizes): The plans the pricing page renders from. Catalog sizes small, medium and large are sold as Starter, Pro and Max; amounts are in US cents and included AI credits are in micro-dollars. - [Live add-on catalog (JSON)](https://www.diali.ai/api/v1/catalog/addons): The add-ons and their current prices, in US cents. - [Developer guide (markdown)](https://www.diali.ai/developers.md): The public API in one document: authentication (there is none), every endpoint, the two unit conventions that catch people out, the error envelope, the versioning and deprecation policy, and worked curl examples. - [Developer llms.txt](https://www.diali.ai/developers/llms.txt): This manual scoped to the developer surface alone, for an agent that needs the API and not the product. - [Blog llms.txt](https://www.diali.ai/blog/llms.txt): Every published post with its date and summary, scoped to the writing alone. - [Channels llms.txt](https://www.diali.ai/channels/llms.txt): The messaging surfaces alone, generated from the same catalog the channel pages render from, for an agent that only needs to know where an assistant can be reached. - [Schema Map](https://www.diali.ai/schemamap.xml): Where the bulk structured-data feeds live, in the NLWeb Schema Feeds format; also advertised by the Schemamap line in robots.txt. - [Blog feed (JSON Lines)](https://www.diali.ai/feeds/blog.jsonl): Every post as a standalone schema.org BlogPosting, one per line, so an index can read them all in one fetch instead of crawling. - [FAQ feed (JSON Lines)](https://www.diali.ai/feeds/faq.jsonl): The FAQ as a schema.org FAQPage, built from the same source the FAQ page and /faq.md render. - [auth.md](https://www.diali.ai/auth.md): How an agent authenticates here, in the WorkOS auth.md shape. Short version: the public catalog needs no credential, an assistant's A2A endpoint and its MCP door take a bearer key its owner mints, everything else needs a browser session, and there is no public OAuth server. - [Pricing (markdown)](https://www.diali.ai/pricing.md): The plans, terms, included credits and add-ons, rendered from the live catalog on each request rather than written down. - [FAQ (markdown)](https://www.diali.ai/faq.md): Every question and answer from the FAQ page, flattened into one document. - [Site root (markdown)](https://www.diali.ai/index.md): This document, at the path an agent probes when it arrives holding only the origin. - [llms.md](https://www.diali.ai/llms.md): This document again, at the extension some clients try before /llms.txt. - [API catalog (RFC 9727)](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/api-catalog): A linkset pointing at the OpenAPI description, the developer guide and the health endpoint. - [apis.json](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/apis.json): The apisjson.org discovery index naming the public API and where its documents live. - [ARD catalog](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/ard.json): Every machine-readable document above as Agentic Resource Discovery entries, with representative queries. - [Agent Skills index](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json): The agent-skills 0.2.0 discovery index, listing the one skill published here with its sha256 digest. - [security.txt](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/security.txt): The RFC 9116 contact for reporting a suspected vulnerability. - [diali-public-catalog skill](https://www.diali.ai/.well-known/agent-skills/diali-public-catalog/SKILL.md): An Agent Skill that teaches an agent to read the catalog correctly, units included. Markdown: any page with a markdown twin answers `Accept: text/markdown` on its own URL, with `Vary: Accept`. Appending `.md` to the path does the same thing without a header.
